Avocado Toast:

Ingredients:

 2 slices of whole-grain bread


 1 ripe avocado
 Salt and pepper to taste
 Optional toppings: poached egg, cherry tomatoes, red pepper flakes, feta cheese,
or radishes

Instructions:

1. Toast the slices of whole-grain bread to your liking.


2. While the bread is toasting, mash the ripe avocado in a bowl. Add salt and
pepper to taste.
3. Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the toasted bread.
4. Add your choice of toppings. Common options include a poached egg, sliced
cherry tomatoes, red pepper flakes, crumbled feta cheese, or thinly sliced
radishes.

2. Guacamole:

Ingredients:

 3 ripe avocados
 1 small onion, finely diced
 1-2 tomatoes, diced
 1-2 cloves of garlic, minced
 Juice of 1 lime
 Salt and pepper to taste
 Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

Instructions:

1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
2. Mash the avocados with a fork or potato masher until smooth or slightly chunky,
depending on your preference.
3. Add the finely diced onion, diced tomatoes, minced garlic, lime juice, salt, and
pepper to the mashed avocado. Mix well.
4. If desired, add fresh cilantro for extra flavor.
5. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve the guacamole with tortilla chips or as a
topping for tacos, nachos, or grilled meats.
