the stage sets need to complement the scenes and blocking.

on Casting Completed and Rehearsal Planning and Execution.
Technical Arrangements should begin once Set Design and Construction is well underway and
the stage setup becomes clear.

Casting and Auditions: As this task is dependent on project approval, any delay in casting will
cascade to subsequent tasks like rehearsal planning, set design, costume preparation, and
others.
Rehearsal Planning and Execution: Rehearsals are a substantial part of the project, and their
timing influences the completion of other tasks like set construction, costume preparation, and
technical arrangements.

and prop preparation, which are prerequisites for the performances.
Costume and Prop Preparation: Preparing costumes and props is essential for the success of
the play, and any delay here could affect the readiness of the actors and stage.
Technical Arrangements: The technical setup must be completed before dress rehearsals and
performances, making it a critical task.
Performance Weekend Preparation: This includes dress rehearsals and final checks, which
are directly linked to the success of the performances.
First Performance: The first performance is a critical milestone, as it initiates the actual
presentations to the audience.
