ILLUMINATE DISPLAY
1. Press Star Icon ()
2. Press F1
TO POINT LASER
1. Press Star Icon ()
2. Press F3 to turn on/off
ACTIVATE LASER PLUMMET
1. Press Star Icon ()
2. Press left arrow
3. Enter plummet intensity number from 0-4 (4 is high)
4. Press ESC
CHANGE PRISM TYPE OR CONSTANT
1. Press Star icon ()
2. Press right arrow to cycle through Prism/Non-
Prism/Sheet
3. Change prism constant when in prism mode by pressing
F4 Enter -17.5mm for Leica mini prism
CONTRAST ADJUSTMENT
1. Press Star Icon ()
2. Press Up Arrow to darken
3. Press Down Arrow to lighten
AUTO LEVEL / TILT OVER
1. Press Star Icon (*)
2. Press F2 (Tilt)
3. Press F1 (ON) or press F3 (OFF)
4. Press F4 (OK)
WORKING WITH ANGLES / TEXT
1. Zero horizontal angel: In angle mode target object A.
Press [F2] (OSET) and [F4] (YES) to define the
horizontal angle of target A to 0°00′00"
2. Angle units: Press the decimal point to input the unit
for minutes (") or seconds (")
3. Switch between Horizontal Left (HL) and
Horizontal Right (HR): In angle mode press F4 twice
to go to page 3. Press F2 (L/R) to switch.
4. Set horizontal angle by entering angel: In angle
mode collimate target, press F3(HSET), enter angel,
press F4(Set)
5. Show V%: In angle mode press F4 to go to P2, press
F3 (V%)
6. Set horizontal angle using Hold method: In angle
mode rotate to desired angel. Press F4 to go to page 2
then F1 (Hold), collimate target and F4 to accept
7. When “ALPH” shows, it means you can type numbers,
while “NUM” shows, it means you can type characters.
SET INSTRUMENT & TARGET HEIGHTS
1. In coordinates mode press F4 to go to P2.
2. Press F1(HT) & enter instrument height (INS.HT) or
target height (R.HT)
3. Press F4 to enter
SET OCCUPIED & BACKSITE POINTS
1. Occupied point: Can be set by either direct key input
or selecting point from file.
2. Backsite point: Set by selecting coordinate point from
file, direct key input or directly input the set angle
CHANGE UNIT TO METERS
1. Press (Menu)
2. Press 5, Press 1, Press 3, Press 1
3. Press F4
SIDE SHOT
Used when a new point is required that cannot be sighted from existing
occupied points.

3. Click Compatibility Tab
4. Check (Run this program in compatibility mode
5. Check (Run this program as an administrator
