First Milestone (20% Advance Payment):

• Main admin can create multiple sub admin with different authentication access of

• Journalists and authors can submit articles on dedicated submission portal

• Support rich text formatting, SEO optimization and metadata management for
articles.

Search and Filtering

• This should implement for users and admin both search and filter functionality
should be able to filter in various way such as keyword, category, authers and publication,
dates, etc.

• Filter functionality should be in every table.

Second Milestone (10% Payment):

Social Media Integration

• Integrate the website with popular social media platform to enable easy sharing of
articles and Interaction with the newspaper’s accounts.
Advertising and Monetization

• Support advertisement placements on the website to generate revenue.

• Integrate ad management tools to handle ad targeting, rotation and performance

tracking.

Third Milestone (10% Payment):

Category and Tag Management

• The website will have multiple categories and subcategories which can be shown on
the top menu or any other place of the website (as per UI design).

• There will be also tag management to tag the articles

Live News Update Module

• All the Live news can be posted from here.

Video Modules

• News coverage, and Interviews (Live Streaming)

• Enable the uploading embedding and playback of the video content.Polls and Quiz
Modules for user engagement

Forth Milestone (10% Payment):

• Questions and report can be generated from admin

Intractive User Comment Module

• User can comment on any post/article etc.

Fifth Milestone (10% Payment):

Analytics and reporting system

All the reports can be generated from admin. Reports can be in data and graph format
Implement a video news module to display breaking news and important updates.

Create a story module to present engaging and interactive stories to users (multimedia
elements). News flash module to display breaking news and Important Updates.

SEO Optimization to improve search engine visibility and ranking.

Sixth Milestone (40% Payment upon deployment of all three websites - Hindi, English, Urdu):

Deployment of all three websites.

In the event that services are not delivered as per the agreed timeline and the work is not
satisfactory from the client's side, Help Together Group reserves the right to discontinue
the project and withhold payment.
