Panipat City on National Highway-1 in Haryana, to 6 lanes elevated
structures covering Gohana Road, Sanauli Road, Assandh Road
Crossings, City Bus Stand and Skylark Tourist Complex and Widening and
construction of Peripheral lanes - Introduction of monthly pass facility-
reg.

Reference NHAI letter dated 11.12.2017 ft Mis LftT IDPL's letter dated 23rd
January 2018 on the subject above. Since the concessionaire has given consent to
extend the facility of Monthly pass using FASTagfor local personal traffic @ Rs. 2501-
per month (as a special case), the same may be considered for implementation.
Further, the annual revisions shall be carried out as per National Highway Fee Rules,
2008. The local commuters may also be given the option paying the toll as per the
existing arrangement (those who do not opt for Fastags) under the Concession
Agreement. Further, necessaryaction may be taken by NHAI.
