Food Walk

5.1 Introduction
Kasaragod is a coastal town located in the northern part of Kerala, India. It is known for its scenic

Some of the delightful cuisines from Kasaragod are: Kadala Curry, Ulli Theeyal, Pazham
Nirachathu, Puliserry, Olan.

5.2 Kadala Curry


Kadala Curry is a popular dish from the South Indian state of Kerala. It is made from black
chickpeas, also known as kala chana, and is typically served with rice or flatbread. The dish is
known for its delicious and flavorful spices and has a rich, hearty taste.
