questions.
Selection of Grade Fampito M. Combate, PhD The discussant requested the different
Level Representatives Principal 3 Chairpersons in all grade levels and they
to be Board of voted for their Grade Level Representatives
Directors and alternate representatives, as follows:

Election of School Fampito M. Combate, PhD The presider requested the seven (7) Grade
PTA Officers Principal 3 Level Representatives to be seated infront
and made visible to the other attendees.
For the position as Chairperson, three (3)
were nominated in the persons of Mr.
Randel V. Bolando, Mrs. Analyn M.
Ordillo, and Mrs. Yvonne Panagsagan.

Mr. Randel V. Bolando having 40 votes

won over Mrs. Analyn M. Ordillo with 8
votes and Mrs. Yvonne Panagsagan with 3

Mr. Randel V. Bolando was declared the
new SPTA Chairperson.

The election of Vice Chairperson followed.

There were 3 nominees for the position,
namely – Mrs. Analyn M. Ordillo, Mrs.
Chally Bolando and Mrs. Karen Ordillo.
Mrs. Analyn M. Ordillo was the winner
having a total vote of 32. The other 2
nominees got a total vote of 13 and 4
respectively. Mrs. Analyn M. Ordillo was
declared as the Vice Chairperson.

Then, the presider proceeded to the election

of SPTA Secretary. In here, Mrs. Flordeliza
O. Colosaga appealed to the parents that if
possible, her co-teacher representative, Mrs.
Evelyn B. Delector will be the Secretary of
the SPTA since Mrs. Colosaga is the school
treasurer. The parents understood the appeal
of Mrs. Colosaga, so Mrs. Evelyn B.
Delector was unanimously the Secretary
after validating the decision of the parents,
40 voted for her while the latter got 10
votes.

The presider finally reached the last major

position in the SPTA, the Treasurer. Mrs.
Girlie Bacuyag and Mrs Yvonne
Panagsagan were nominated for the position
but Mrs. Yvonne Panagsagan won over
Mrs Girlie Bacuyag having a total vote of
31 and 14 respectively.

After the election of the four (4) major

positions, the following were declared
members of the Board of Directors, namely:

 Mrs. Flordeliza O. Colosaga

 Mrs. Karen Ordillo
 Mrs. Girlie Bacuyag
 Mrs. Chally Grace Bolando
 Mr. Sabas Balmores

Moreover, the BOD Officers and Members

appointed Mrs. Arlene B. Sayre as the
Collecting Officer and Mrs. Sheila Dee B.
Batul as the Disbursing Officer.

Adjournment Fampito M. Combate, PhD The school principal declared the
Principal 3 adjournment of the meeting and election at
exactly 4:22 in the afternoon.
