CALL TO ORDER:

Dr. Aprilito C. De Guzman, Principal IV of GFLMNHS, presented the agenda and welcomed
everyone who attended the meeting. The body approved of the aforementioned agenda as well as
the previous minutes that were read by the group’s internal school governing council adviser, Mrs.
Mildred O. De Villa, Master Teacher I of the English Department. A thorough discussion on the
progress of the school programs came next. Mrs. Mildred O. De Villa dealt with the significant result
of each project and informed everyone that in line with the virtual meeting conducted with several
SGC OFFICERS, the following topics were reported to the body
1. The school's Project WINS garnering a three star rating.
2. The school was visited by the ASDS & PSDS and was qualified to join the progressive face
to face classes tentatively set on April 4 2022.
3. That preparations for the needed health kits are needed . With this, the SGC officers will
be part of the said event through its initial project entitled SMART AKO...Stakeholders Making an
Alliance to Revitalize the Academe Through Attainable projects with Knowledge-Based Objectives.
It is vital to mention that the whole group dwelt on the causes of the triumph and waterloo
of each endeavor believing that it is crucial to look into those carefully for the institution to do better
next time.

[OFFICER’S REPORT/UPDATES]:
Dr. Aprilito C. De Guzman reported on the following:
1. One of the objectives of the project is to protect learners through provision of health supplies and
materials
2. The amount raised by the SGC this March will be utilized to provide them
3 It is note worthy to acknowledge the donations made personally by Pres. Hanna Alilio the 2thermal
scanners, 2big boxes of facemask, 12 liters of alcohol, 10 hard hats and 1 spine board which will be
utilized in the said preparation, Another donations from the initiative of Mr. Ase Byron are the 25
complete set of health kits and the additional 100pcs of alcohol dispenser (30ml) which will trim
down the needed supplies(160 dispenser) by the group

MOTIONS

The group dwelt on the status of the school programs and found out that majority of them
have been successful and have made great impact to the institution’s clientele. The said projects
made teaching, learning and building of relationships among main players much easier to transpir

QUESTION
What made the programs successful?

MOTIONS
The success of the school programs depended on the commitment, hard work and
persistence of the main players. The administration placed its full trust to the proponents
that built confidence in them. The constant monitoring has also proven to have brought the
project to victory.
