 በመጀምሪያ ሪፖርት ለላካችሁ የጤና ትምህርት ኦፊሰሮች ምስጋና ይድረሳችሁ:: ይሁን እንጅ ብዙዎቻቸሁ ሪፖርት ባለመላካችሁ

እና የላካችሁ ባለሙያዎች ደግሞ ሙሉ መረጃዎቸን ስላላገኘንበት ከዚህ በታች ያሉ ሰንጠረዦችን በዞናችሁ ስም ትይዩ በጥንቃቄ

ሞልታችሁ እስከ አርብ ግንቦት 18, 2015 ከሰአት 9:00 ሰአት ድረስ ብቻ እንድትልኩ እንጠይቃለን

1. መልሳችሁ ከመላካችሁ በፊት ጊዜ ለመቆጠብ ምንም ያልተሞላ ሰንጠረዥ አለመኖሩን እርግጠኛ ሁኑ

2. ለመረዳት የሚያስቸግር ነገር ካጋጠማችሁ 0918002700/ሰውነት ላይ ደዉሉ

3. የተሞላውን ሰንጠረዥ በሰውነት ቴሌግራም አካውንት ላኩ
