    4 type of communication media

    1. Firstly, is written communication. For example, email between person to others person.
    2. Besides, verbal communication such as phone conversation take place between two persons.
    3. Next, digital communication. For example, sharing media information through social media
    likes Instagram or Facebook.
    4. Finally, visual communication likes infographic that convey information more attractive.

    5 Conflict management strategies

    1. The first one compromise. Both of the sides must give and take to find a middle ground of
    the solution.
    2. Secondly, avoidance strategy. This strategy involves both sides to ignore about the problem
    thinking it will go away.
    3. Next, is accommodation. This strategy typically one side give away to the other side because
    do not want to continue argue.
    4. Other than that, collaboration strategy. Both sides working together to find solution that
    satisfy both sides.
    5. Lastly, competing strategy. Both side compete with each other to pursue their own ideal.
