1 安全事项 Safety Precautions

1.1 主要安全规则 Main safety rules
 在不遵守安全规则下，对人和物产生的任何伤害和损失，制造商将
不承担责任；
The manufacturer will not be held responsible for any injuries and
losses caused to people and objects if the safety rules are not
followed
 操作者必须完全能够使用复杂设备；
The operator must be fully able to use complex equipment
 禁止非授权人员操作和维修该设备；
It is not allowed to operate and repair equipment by unauthorized
personnels
 操作人员佩带的所有有可能导致伤害的各种物件，在开始工作前必
须摘除，如项链、手表等…
All the various objects worn by the operator that may cause injury
must be removed before starting work, such as necklaces,
watches, etc
 扣上手腕处工作服袖口扣；
Fasten the cuff buttons of the work clothes at the wrist
 不允许穿戴宽松的衣服，防止被移动部件咬住；
It is not allowed to wear loose clothes to prevent being bitten by
moving parts
 穿结实的鞋以防止事故
Wear strong shoes to prevent accidents
 搬运玻璃时要戴适当的保护手套，且不降低手指的敏感度。
Wear suitable protective gloves when handling glass, and do not
reduce the sensitivity of your fingers.

危险警示：多认真观察包含在手册上的所有注意、危
险及警告事项，和设备上贴的安全标识牌。
Danger warning: carefully observe all the cautions,
dangers and warnings contained in the manual and
the safety signs affixed to the equipment.

1.2 吊装安全事项 Lifting safety matters

 严格按照第 4 章的指导说明使用工具，搬运装载设备；
Strictly follow the instructions in Chapter 4 to use tools and
transport and load equipment

 注意小心，切勿伤人或损坏设备/零件；
Take care not to injure people or damage equipment / parts

 设备只能由胜任的技术人员安装。安装和搬运重/大物件时现场要有
一名助手帮忙打信号；
The equipment can only be installed by qualified technicians.
When installing and moving heavy/large objects, an assistant
must be on site to help signal.

 采取所有必要的预防措施，避免吊装和移动设备时伤人损物。
Take all necessary precautions to avoid injury or damage when
lifting and moving the equipment.

 禁止任何人靠近用于起吊，移动设备的吊车/叉车或其他运输装置的
移动区域内；
It is forbidden for anyone to approach the moving area of
cranes/forklifts or other transportation devices used for lifting or
moving equipment

 工作区域必须有良好的照明，压缩空气来源，电源，水循环；
The work area must have good lighting, compressed air source,
power supply, and water circulation

 总电源连接与设备的预运行只能由胜任的电工使用适当的工具现场
进行。任何与电有关的工作只能由专业人员进行；
The main power connection and pre-operation of the equipment
can only be carried out on site by a competent electrician using
appropriate tools. Any work related to electricity can only be
carried out by professionals

 接地系统必须由专业人员使用专用工具检查证实；
The grounding system must be checked and verified by
professionals using special tools

1.3 使用安全事项 Safety Precautions

 设备必须由完全能够操作复杂设备的人员操作；
The equipment must be operated by personnel who are fully
capable of operating complex equipment
 在设备运行时，禁止打扰操作人员，或分散其注意力；
When the equipment is running, it is forbidden to disturb or
distract the operator
 操作人员和设备的安全保护装置始终是安装到位的，并处在良好的
工作状态下；
The safety protection device of the operator and equipment is
always installed in place and in good working condition
 按照本手册的指导正确执行循环启动顺序。
Follow the instructions in this manual to correctly execute the
cycle start sequence.
 工作时禁止进入工作区域；
It is forbidden to enter the work area while working
 不要将手或其他物放在移动区域或移动物体或控制面板附近，或里
面；
Do not put your hands or other objects near or in the moving area
or moving object or control panel
 保持工作区无障碍物，有足够的空间方便玻璃上下片或堆放，防止
危险发生；
Keep the work area free of obstacles, and have enough space for
the glass to be loaded and unloaded or stacked to prevent danger
 出厂前程序参数已设定好，不要随意修改程序参数；
The program parameters have been set before leaving the factory,
do not modify the program parameters at will
 不要使用弯曲或破损工具，使用好的适当的工具；安全固定好每件
工具；
Do not use bent or broken tools, use good and appropriate tools;
securely fix each tool
 工作前检查工作区内任何有危险的情况；
Check any dangerous situation in the work area before work
 不要在照明不足时工作；尽量确保照明以确保工作进行；
Do not work if lighting is insufficient; Ensure lighting while work
 工作前确保工作区无人；

Ensure that there is no one in the work area before work
 工作时不要离岗；
Do not leave your post while working
 不要使用调整装置和软管做支撑；
Do not use adjustment devices and hoses for support
 保持整个工作区的视野无碍；
Keep the view of the entire work area unobstructed
 工作时不要打开门和防护罩；
Do not open the door and protective cover when working
 停止工作时关闭机器开关。为避免误操作，同时关闭主开关在 O
（OFF）状态；
Turn off the machine switch when it stops working. To avoid
misoperation, turn off the main switch in O (OFF) state at the
same time
 开机前集中注意力并采取所有必须预防措施；
Concentrate and take all necessary precautions before starting up
 开机前确保没有外来物体留在设备内；
Make sure that no foreign objects are left in the equipment before
starting
 如果设备因某种原因需要停机时则关闭主开关在 O （OFF）状态，
并通知工厂管理者和生产线管理者发生的问题，再次工作时需激活
急停开关并保证按正确的工作顺序启动；
If the equipment needs to be shut down due to reasons, turn off
the main switch in the O (OFF) state, and notify the factory
manager and production line manager of the problem. When
working again, you need to activate the emergency stop switch
and ensure the correct work sequence
 开机前确保没有任何维修或清洁工作在进行中；
Make sure that no maintenance or cleaning work is in progress
before starting
 禁止操作人员把机器用于其它用途；
It is forbidden for operators to use the machine for other purposes
 尽管控制面板有保护系统，绝对禁止没有经专业培训的操作人员打
开控制柜；
Although the control panel has a protection system, operators
without professional training are absolutely prohibited from
opening the control cabinet

1.4 维修安全 Maintenance safety

禁止非授权人员维修和维护设备。在维修前仔细阅读使
用和维修指导手册。
Unauthorized personnel are prohibited from
repairing and maintaining the equipment. Read the
instruction manual for use and maintenance
carefully before maintenance.

 维修前将主开关旋至 O（OFF）位置并锁定；
Turn the main switch to the O (OFF) position and lock it before
maintenance
 在运行中，不要进行润滑、维修和调整；
During operation, do not lubricate, repair or adjust
 拆装设备的零部件时，确保起吊设备具有足够强度承受设备重量。
将负载放在适当的支撑件上。
When disassembling the parts of the equipment, make sure that
the lifting equipment has sufficient strength to bear the weight of
the equipment. Place the load on a suitable support
 切勿在没有完全支撑和固定的设备旁/下方工作；
Do not work near/under equipment that is not fully supported and
fixed
 设备起吊时请远离，避免发生危险；
Stay away when lifting the equipment to avoid danger
 请勿使用火柴、打火机和火把；
Do not use matches, lighters and torches;
 维修的地方远离地面时，要借助合格的梯子和带阶梯的平台。
When the maintenance place is far away from the ground, use a
qualified ladder and a stepped platform.
 进入密封室维修时，必须穿劳保鞋；

When entering the sealed room for maintenance, you must wear
protective shoes
 进入风过滤室维修时，不能穿细跟的鞋；
When entering the air filter room for maintenance, do not wear
stiletto shoes
 所有维修务必小心。
All maintenance must be done carefully

信息：如果想让设备正常运转及拥有较长的寿命，定
期清理和维护是必需的

2 主要内容 Main Content

2.1 目的 Purpose
手册是由制造厂商根据整台设备编制的。它编写在中国（原始制造商）并且
翻译成使用商的语言。手册详细说明了设计和制造。其所含资料指导在设备
使用循环周期内所有有可能与设备接触的操作者。

The manual is compiled by the manufacturer based on the entire

equipment. It was written in China (original manufacturer) and translated
into the language of the user. The manual details the design and
manufacturing. The information contained therein guides all operators who
may come into contact with the equipment during the equipment cycle.

这个资料意在指导设备的操作者对设备安装、设备使用和运行日常维护操作。

This information is intended to guide equipment operators on equipment

installation, equipment use and daily maintenance operations.

正确遵循本手册所列指示，可保证工作人员安全，有效操作，及更长的机器
使用寿命等。

Correctly following the instructions listed in this manual can ensure the
safety of staff, effective operation, and longer machine life.

为了避免因不正确的运行而产生的意外发生，请仔细阅读手册，尤其在第一
使用设备时，以便熟悉设备的主要操作和功能

3 技术参数 Technical Parameters

3.1 设备概述 Equipment overview
1 设备由高压冲洗段、高压风风干段、风系统组成的完整的弯型玻璃清洗机；
The equipment is a complete bent glass washing machine composed of a
high-pressure washing section, a high-pressure air drying section and air
system.

2 两根平行的皮带输送，保证玻璃运送平稳；输送连接处采用交叠结构，保证
玻璃每个部位都清洗到；.
Two parallel belts are conveyed to ensure smooth glass transportation; the
conveying connection adopts an overlapping structure to ensure that every part
of the glass is washed.

3玻璃输送方式为横向输送，长边向前，凸面向上；
Glass flow is cross feed, long edge leading, convex up.

设备清洗的玻璃必须是已弯曲成型的玻璃，玻璃弯曲率和大小尺寸必须在技

术参数规定的尺寸内；
The glass to be cleaned by the equipment must be bent glass, and the glass
bending rate and size must be within the dimensions specified by the technical
parameters.

5 根据不同规格的玻璃要求，风刀的角度是可以调整，以满足玻璃弯曲度的要
求；
According to the requirements of different glass specifications, the height and
angle of the air knife can be adjusted to meet the requirements of glass
curvature.

6每种规格的玻璃在第一次清洗前，要进行风刀组角度调整，调整可通过每个
控制柜电动调整的（或调用已设定好的配方）。
Before the first washing of each type of glass, the angle of the air knife group
should be adjusted. The adjustment can be adjusted electrically through each
control cabinet (or call the set recipe).

7 合理的参数可以记录在总控制柜 PLC 内，在下次清洗同一规格玻璃时可以
直接使用；

8 隔离式高、低压冲洗，保证了水的干净度，保证了玻璃清洗的洁净度；

9 整体式密封室，有效防止水和风的泄露，保护了环境；
The integral sealed room effectively prevents the leakage of water and air and

13设备安装了一系列安全装置，可以避免在设备使用寿命期间对操作者造成不
必要的伤害；

14 全自动化控制，触摸屏操作，简单易学，对操作人员的技术没有太高的要求；
Fully automatic control, touch screen operation, simple and easy to learn, no
high requirements for the operator's skills

15 预留上下游设备的信号接口，可方便将设备加入到现有的生产线上；
Reserve the signal interface of upstream and downstream equipment, which
can facilitate the equipment to be added to the existing production line

16 配合机械手，可实现自动生产线；
With the manipulator, an automatic production line can be realized

非自动生产线时必须配置 4 名操作工，2 个人上片，2 个人下片。当玻璃片

过大（重量超过 30 Kg）时，必须借助辅助工具上下玻璃片；

When a non-automatic production line is used, 4 operators must be configured
(2 loading and 2 unloading). When the glass sheet is too large (the weight
exceeds 30 Kg), the glass sheet must be up and down with the help of auxiliary
tools

操作人员必须经过专业培训并且熟练掌握操作各项性能才可以操作设备；非

操作人员禁止操作本设备。
Operators must be professionally trained and proficient in various operating
performances before they can operate the equipment; non-operators are
prohibited from operating the equipment.

3.2 主要组成说明 Main Composition Description

A - 输送电机： 玻璃输送带的动力，速度可通过变频器调整。
Conveyor motor: Power of the conveyor belt and speed of the glass conveyor
belt can be adjusted by the frequency converter.

B - 过滤器： 将水过滤后喷到玻璃上，水的干净度严重影响清洗效果，要及时
清理过滤器内的过滤网，每个水泵都配有此过滤器，功能相同；
Filter: After filtering water and spraying it on glass, water cleanliness
seriously affects washing quality. Clean the filter in the filter in
time. Each pump is equipped with this filter, which has the
same function

C - 加热器： 预冲洗段的加热器，用于水加热；
Heater: The heater of the pre-rinsing section is used for water heating

D - 观察门： 可在运行状态观察玻璃清洗和干燥效果，也可以经过此门进入进
行维修；
Observing door: Observe washing and drying quality in the running state and
enter through this door for maintenance

E - 高压水泵： 将水从水箱内抽出，加到一定压力后，经喷头喷到玻璃上；
HP pump: Pump water out of tank, raised to a certain pressure, and spray
it onto the glass through the nozzle

F - 排水管堵： 清理水箱时拔出此管堵，将水箱内水排出，正常使用时插入管堵，
每段水箱都配有该管堵；
Drain plug: When cleaning the water tank, pull out the pipe plug to drain
the water in the water tank. During normal working of
machinery, insert the pipe plug. Each section of water tank is
equipped with the pipe plug.

G - 加热器： 高压冲洗段的加热器，用于水加热
Heater: Heater of the high-pressure washing section for water heating

H - 水泵出水管： 水泵出水口的出水管，连接过滤器的进水口；
Outlet pipe: Water pump outlet, connected to the water inlet of the filter

I - 预喷淋水泵： 将水从水箱内抽出，加到一定压力后，经喷头喷到玻璃上；
Pre-rinsing pump : Pump water out of tank, raised to a certain pressure, and
spray it onto the glass through the nozzle

J - 水箱出水口： 每个水箱的出水口，连接水泵进口；
Tank outlet: Outlet of each water tank, connected to water pump inlet

K - 压力表： 可观察水压，并通过观察水压来判断过滤网是否堵塞；
Pressure gauge: Observe water pressure, and judge whether the filter is
blocked by observing the water pressure

L - 支撑架： 支撑的架子，可调整高度；
support frame: support frame, adjustable height

M - 风刀控制按钮： 边风刀的高度调整控制按钮，用于控制每边风刀的角度；
Air knife control button: The height adjustment control button of the side lateral
knife. It is used to control the angle of each side air knife

N - 平台： 风机室和过滤室工作平台；
Platform: Working platform of fan room and filter room

O - 梯子： 允许维修人员上到风机支撑架平台。
Ladder: Allow maintenance to go up to fan platform

P - 出口： 设备的出口，清洗和干燥好后的玻璃由此处出来；
Exit: Exit of equipment, where the cleaned and dried glass comes out

Q - 进风口： 带过滤网进风口，风的干净度直接影响玻璃的清洁度，要定期更换
此处过滤棉
Air inlet: Air inlet with filter, the cleanliness of the air directly affects the
cleanliness of glass, air filter should be replaced regularly

R - 压差开关： 监测袋式过滤网是否堵塞，风的干净度直接影响玻璃的清洁度,
如果过滤网堵塞，将有报警提示；
Differential pressure gauge: monitor whether the bag filter is blocked or not. The
cleanliness of the air directly affects the cleanliness of the glass.
If the filter is blocked, there will be an alarm on control panel

S - 风机电机： 风机的动力源；

Fan motor: The power of the air

T - 风机： 可产生一定压力的风，吹到玻璃表面上；
Fan: Generate a certain pressure of wind and blow it on glass surface

W- 风门： 开机时，此门关闭，保护风机电机，正常工作后，此门打开，风
量的大小是风干速度的关键，要定期检查此机构的工作是否正
常；
Air damper: When the machine is turned on, damper is closed to protect the
fan motor. After normal operation, the door is opened. The air
flow is the key to drying speed. Regularly check whether the
mechanism is working properly

X-袋式过滤网： 风的干净度直接影响玻璃的清洁度， 要定期更换或清洗袋式过

滤网；
Bag filter: Cleanliness of air directly affects the cleanliness of the glass.
Bag filter should be replaced or cleaned regularly

Y- 热风门： 热风进口，连接干燥室热风，可有效降低能耗。当干燥室温度过
高时，此门关闭；
Hot air damper: Hot air inlet is connected to the hot air in the drying room, which
can effectively reduce energy consumption. When drying room
temperature is too high, the door is closed

4 运输和安装 Transport and Installation

4.1 包装和运输 Packaging and shipping
4.1.1 包装和运输方式 Packaging and shipping
 设备将被分解成方便运输的几部分。
The equipment will be divided into several parts for easy
transportation.
 设备表面覆盖防水材料并包装到载具。
The surface of the equipment is covered with waterproof material
and packed into the carrier.
 运输方式有 Transportation methods include：
 陆路 Land
 铁路 Railway
 海运 Sea

4.1.2 装载和卸载 Loading and unloading

 集装箱的装载和卸载采用叉车或吊车。
Forklifts or cranes are used for loading and unloading containers.

注意：装载人员必须有足够的装载经验和一定知识，并配有
完善的装载设备
Note: The loading personnel must have sufficient loading
experience and certain knowledge, and be equipped with
complete loading equipment

4.1.3 拆包装 Unpacking

 按下列要求打开包装箱
Unpacking according to the following requirements
 打开集装箱门

 去掉设备上覆盖的防水物，拆除固定物，设备就可以移动了；

4.3 吊装和移动设备 Lifting and moving equipment

危险警告：起吊和移动必须使用适当的设备并且由经过
培训的专业人员进行

注意：移动清洗室时，只能采用吊装的形式安装，不可使用
叉车铲起，不然会导致漏水或损坏！！

4.4 设备整机装配 Equipment assembly

 设备的运输（装卸）、安装、外围设备的连接，电气连接、气源连
接、移动等，必须有制造商授权的专业人员进行。
The transportation (loading and unloading), installation,
connection of peripheral equipment, electrical connection, air
supply connection, movement, etc. of the equipment must be
carried out by professionals authorized by the manufacturer.
 制造商在把设备发送购买商之前，为避免在设备安装中带来的不便,
已进行检验和测试，。
The manufacturer has conducted inspections and tests before
sending the equipment to the purchaser to avoid any
inconvenience in the installation of the equipment.
 为方便运输，设备被分解运输，
To facilitate transportation, the equipment is disassembled and
transported,
 按 4.3 章方法移动清洗段和风干段各部组件，按平面布置图放置到
位；
Move the components of washing room and drying room
according to the method in Chapter 4.3, and place them

 调整好各部组件水平，保证在同一水平面上，用螺栓连接各部组件
之间连件；

4.5 电气连接 Electrical connections

危险警告：操作面板连接必须由电工进行。

 电气控制主柜按平面布置图要求放置到位；
Electrical cabinet is placed according to layout drawing
 使用适当的仪器检测工厂接地系统和设备是否正常接地；
Use appropriate instruments to test whether factory grounding
system and equipment are properly grounded
 检查电压和频率是否符合设备要求（见铭牌及布线图）；
Check whether the voltage and frequency meet the equipment
requirements (see nameplate and wiring diagram)
 旋转主开关至 O（关闭）状态；
Rotate the main switch to O (closed) state
 把主电源电缆线放置在控制柜附近；
Place the main power cable near the control cabinet
 打开控制柜的背板，将主电源线接入控制柜总接口，固定电缆线；
Open the back panel of the control cabinet, connect the main
power cord to the main interface of the control cabinet, and fix the
cable

 黄绿双色电缆连接到接地螺栓，其边上有 标记。
 The yellow-green two-color cable is connected to the ground bolt

 所有线通过走线槽引入控制柜，固定各电缆。

4.6 气动连接 Pneumatic connection

 压缩空气压力 Compressed air pressure ： 6 bar
 压缩空气连接口 Compressed air connection port ：8mm
 气体必须是干燥并过滤好的；
The gas must be dry and filtered
 连接口连接后，确定连接牢固后，打开供应测的阀门；
Connecting the pipe and confirm it is firm, then open the supply
point valve
 调整压力至设备需要的压力（6±1bars），压力表可以显示压力值，
如果需要可通过压力阀门调整；
Adjust the pressure to the pressure required by the equipment
(6±1bars), the pressure gauge can display the pressure value, if
necessary, it can be adjusted through the pressure valve

4.7 水路连接 Water connection

 用软管在进水处连接进水水管
Connect the water inlet pipe at the water inlet with a hose
 供水水管接口……DN25（1 ”）
Water supply pipe connection……DN25 (1 ")
 连接处要用喉箍固定紧；
The connection should be fixed tightly with a hose clamp
 用软管连接各处的排水管
Connect drain pipes with hoses
 排污泵的排水管接口…….. DN32（1 1/4”）

5 使用和操作 Use and Operation

5.1 设备控制功能 Equipment control function
设备上各控制按钮功能请详细阅读电气使用说明书，本说明书不再重复叙述；
Please read the electrical operation manual in detail for the functions of the
control buttons on the equipment, and this manual will not be repeated

5.1.1 水箱加水 Water Tank Filling

 首次使用设备时，采用手动控制加水；
When using the equipment for the first time, use manual control to add
water
 插入每个水箱的水管管堵；
Insert the pipe plug.
 进水总球阀打开，开启自动加水阀；（设备正常运行时，进水球阀处于打开
状态）
Open the main water inlet ball valve and open the automatic water filling
valve (when the equipment is operating normally, the water inlet ball valve
is in an open state)
 当溢流孔开始流水时，关闭自动加水阀，停止加水。
When the overflow hole starts to flow, close the automatic water filling
valve and stop adding water
 在控制柜上逐个开启水泵；
Turn on the water pumps one by one on the control cabinet
 检查每个管路的喷水状况；
Check the water spray condition of each pipeline
 水箱内已经有足够的水量时，可启动自动加水循环。
When there is enough water in the water tank, the automatic water filling
cycle can be started.

5.2 使用风刀 Using air knife

注意：风刀角度调整需要一名有经验的助理协助进行。

 风刀的角度是根据玻璃的弧度来调整
The angle of air knife is adjusted according to the curvature of the glass
 先将风刀角度调整到最大角度（上下风刀的夹角值)；
First adjust the angle of the air knife to the maximum angle (the angle
between the upper and lower air knives
 将一片将要清洗的玻璃放置在输送带上，靠近风刀；
Place a piece of glass to be cleaned on conveyor belt, close to air knife
 测量风刀口离玻璃表面的距离；
Measure the distance between the air knife and the glass surface
 在风刀控制面板上选择风刀按钮（如上风刀或下风刀）；
Select air knife button on the air knife control panel (such as the upper air
knife or the lower air knife)
 选择上升按钮或下降按钮，调整风刀；
Select the up button or down button to adjust the air knife
 风刀口面不能通过自动调整来完全接近玻璃弧度时，可手动调整两侧风刀的
高度和角度；
When air knife surface cannot be adjusted to fully approach the curvature of
the glass through automatic adjustment, the height and angle of the air
knife on both sides can be manually adjusted
 风口面与玻璃表面的距离，最佳距离值为 5-10 mm；
The best distance between air knife nozzle and glass is 5-10 mm
 注意：保证风刀不划伤玻璃表面；

 读取风刀高度值，记录为配方，为下次清洗相同规格玻璃累积数据；

信息：本机设计有气缸驱动的外侧风刀供风关断功能，
当清洗小尺寸玻璃（宽度不超过外侧风刀）时，建议启
用该功能，可有效节能。

5.3 启动自动循环 Start auto mode

5.3.1 自动循环运行前的准备工作 Preparation before auto mode

 首先检查机器是否具备送电条件：
First check whether machine has power transmission conditions
 检查所有的电气线路是否已经连接好，接地线路是否完好。
Check whether all electrical circuits have been connected, and
whether the grounding circuit is intact
 所有工作人员已离开机器并确保安全。
All workers have left the machine and ensured their safety
 关闭所有的观察门。
Close all observation doors
 所有紧急停止按钮复位到初始位置（顺时针旋转紧急按钮）。
All emergency stop buttons are reset to their initial positions (turn
the emergency button clockwise)
 确认电气柜允许上电。
Confirm that the electrical cabinet is allowed to be powered on
 以上项目均已确认后，合上控制柜主电源开关（顺时针旋转至 ON
位置），将柜上的电源开关打在 ON 的位置，此时按下复位按钮，
系统控制电源送电，机器已处于待机状态。
After the above items have been confirmed, turn on the main
power switch of the control cabinet (turn clockwise to the ON
position), and turn the power switch on the cabinet to the ON
position. At this time, press the reset button, and the system
control power supply will be sent to the machine. Already in
standby.

5.3.2 启动自动循环 Auto mode

 上述准备工作完成后，在面板上选择手动/自动按扭，将按钮选择在
自动位置，输入将要运行的机器参数（如输送速度，产品配方等）。

After the above preparations are completed, select the
manual/auto button on the panel, select the button in the
automatic position, and enter the machine parameters to be run
(such as conveying speed, product recipe, etc.).
 按下系统启动按钮，系统将根据预先设定的开机顺序开启各个设备，
开机顺序如下：
Press the system start button, the system will start each device
according to the preset boot sequence, the boot sequence is as
follows:
风机－水泵－输送
Fan-water pump-conveying
 到此，机器已启动自动循环运行。
At this point, the machine has started automatic cycle operation.

5.4 停机 Shutdown
5.4.1 停机前准备 Preparation before shutdown

 停机前请先确认机器内所有玻璃均已送出，如机器内还有玻璃片，
在停机后有可能破碎。
Before stopping the machine, please make sure that all the glass
in the machine has been sent out. If there are still glass pieces in
the machine, it may break after the machine stops

5.4.2 停机操作 Shutdown operation

 按下终端上系统停止按钮，系统将停止所有设备，风机以自由旋转
方式停车（完全静止可能需要几分钟时间）。
Press the system stop button on the terminal, the system will stop
all equipment, and the fan will stop in free rotation (it may take
several minutes to completely stand still)
 确认所有设备停止后，将柜面板上的电源开关打在 OFF 位置，断开
柜上的主电源开关，需要时请在主电源开关上加上锁，再按下红色
紧急停止按钮。
After confirming that all equipment is stopped, turn the power
switch on the panel of the cabinet to the OFF position and
disconnect the main power switch on the cabinet. If necessary,
lock the main power switch and press the red emergency stop
button.

5.4.3 至此停机完成 The shutdown is now complete.

5.5 操作指导 Operation guidance

 使用不同规格和弯曲度的玻璃时，要用一片试机，即要调整风刀的角度，保
证玻璃彻底冲洗到，风刀不划伤玻璃表面；
When using glass of different specifications and curvatures, use a piece of
test machine, adjust the angle of air knife to ensure that the glass is
thoroughly rinsed and the air knife does not scratch the glass surface
 各种规格的弯曲玻璃每次清洗的参数，如风刀高度可记录下来，并输入程序
配方中，为以后提供准备；
The parameters for each cleaning of various specifications of curved glass,

recipe to provide preparation for later
 水箱内和风干室内的碎玻璃要定期清理，不要影响水的流动；

 进入密封室时清理碎玻璃时，一定要在停机状态下进行，穿有劳保鞋；

 定期清理风过滤室的袋式过滤网，是保证玻璃清洗干净度的重要因素；

6 调整与安装 Adjustment and Installation

6.1 一般说明 General description

注意：所有的调整必须在停机状态和处于安全状态
下进行；

 调整工具必须使用随机工具，并且完全按照使用和维修手册的指导进行。
The adjustment tool must use the supplied tool and follow the instructions of

 因玻璃弧度而要求的风刀角度调整；

请不要随意调整；

7 维护 Maintenance
7.1 一般说明 General description
注意：所有的维护必须在停机状态和处于安全

状态下进行；
Note: All maintenance must be carried out in a
shutdown state and in a safe state

 维护工具必须使用随机工具，并且完全按照使用和维修手册的指导进行。
The maintenance tools must use the supplied tools and follow the
instructions of the use and maintenance manual
 所有维护必须由专业人员进行；
All maintenance must be performed by professionals
 输送带使用一段时间后会松动，要及时涨紧；
The conveyor belt will loosen after a period of use, so it must be
tightened in time
 将输送架两端有调节槽孔的传动轴端板放在最里端卸下一节输送带，重
新装皮带装进输送槽即可涨紧输送带；
Put the drive shaft end plates with adjusting slots on both ends of the

7.2 管道清理 Pipeline cleaning

 定期清理水路的管道，防止有异物堵塞喷头；
Regularly clean water pipeline to prevent from blocking the nozzle
 将喷头拆除，用高压水冲洗管道即可清洗管道；
Remove the nozzle and flush the pipeline with high-pressure water to clean
the pipeline
 确定没有异物后，再将喷头安装上；
After confirming that there is no blocking, install the nozzle
 检查各喷头是否堵塞，旋下有堵塞的喷头，用细的铁丝疏通喷嘴；
Check whether each nozzle is blocked, unscrew the clogged nozzle, and
use a thin iron wire to clear the nozzle
 再次安装喷头时要使用密封胶带后再安装，防止结合处漏水；

7.4 过滤器清理 Filter cleaning

 当过滤器压力差超过设定值时，要及时将过滤器内的滤芯取出，进行清理；

 用提供的工具将过滤器上面螺栓旋出，打开上盖，将滤芯取出；

8.1 机械故障 Mechanical failure

8.1.1 输送部分 Conveyor Parts：

 输送带不移动；检查输送带是否涨紧或涨的太紧了，调整输送架上的皮
带长度；

 玻璃表面划伤：检查风刀嘴是否与玻璃表面接触到，调整风刀角度，保持与
玻璃表面有一定的间隙；
Glass is scratched: check whether the air knife nozzle is in contact with the
glass surface or not. If it is, adjust the angle of the air knife to keep a certain
gap with the glass surface.

 玻璃表面划伤：检查输送带上是否有异物，清理输送带上的异物；

 玻璃表面清洗不干净：检查水质是否太脏，更换水箱里的水；
