COMMUNITY ROOM AND BBQ AREA

RENTAL AGREEMENT

Access and Condition of Room:


The community room doors will be unlocked before your reservation begins. If you find
them locked, call 424-209-5059 or email admin@frame.la for assistance. The room will be
inspected for cleanliness and damage after your event. Leave the room in its original
condition after use.

Clean-up and Damage Policies:


Remove all decorations, trash, food, and beverages. Clean spills and food stains, wipe
down tables and chairs. Dispose of trash in receptacles.

General Policies:
• A $200 cleaning security deposit is required at booking.
• Smoking is prohibited inside and on the grounds.
• FRAMELA/OWNER is not liable for lost/stolen items.
• Only service animals allowed.
• No piñatas, glitter, confetti, or temporary structures.
• Use painters’ tape for decorations, no nails, tacks, staples, etc.
• Additional clean-up charged at $50 per staff hour.
• FRAMELA/OWNER is not liable for accidents, injuries, damages, or loss during
rental.
• Noise, including music, must be reasonable and not amplified.

Security Deposit:
Will be refunded as a rent credit within 48 hours post-event if no damage occurs. If damage
exceeds $200, you will be responsible for additional costs.

Acceptance of Agreement:
By signing, you agree to all guidelines and accept financial responsibility for any
infractions. Ensure all guests are aware of house rules. The building is under 24-hour
surveillance.
