Part 1: Overall View

Step 1:
Put tanks on position based on layout. Pay attention to distance between tanks, distance between
tanks and wall.
Below pictures are only for reference.

Step 2:
Sort out parts and tools.

Step 3:
Assemble brewhouse pipeline.

1. Pipelines, valves and parts are pasted with number. Put together pipes or valves that
with same numbers on them.

Step 4:
Assemble glycol water pipeline.
Below pictures are only for reference.

1. Glycol water comes to glycol water pump from glycol water tank. Then usually go in 2
ways with T connector at pump outlet. One way goes to fermentation system, another
way goes to PHE (Plate heat exchanger).

 11. Assemble insulation pipe for fermentation tank and chiller

Step 5:
Assemble electric wires and signal wires.

Only need to connect these wires.

5. For pump and motor, connect left or right 3 connectors in junction box

6. For fermentation system, firstly put this wire tube on tank

Make sure the white wire position. It has to be at first position of sensor connector.

11. Connect wires for CIP plug, which connects with socket on control cabinet

Step 6:
Assemble steam boiler.

1. Electric steam boiler, water softener connection and setting

 2. Electric steam boiler, connect wires, turn on boiler by switch A and B.
If only turn on one of switch B, boiler runs on half working capacity and power
consumption

1. Gas steam boiler, water softener connection.

Water softener setting , hose of salty box and drain port is same to electric steam
boiler

2. Gas steam boiler, gas inlet

a. Gas pressure requirement: 2-3Kpa for
50kg/h boiler; 3-4Kpa for 100kg/h boiler; 4-
5Kpa for 200kg/h boiler.

b. Require a pressure gauge to show gas

Note: If you will not use the boiler for one week or more days, please drain all water in
boiler

Step 6:
Put parts on fermentation tank and BBT

These are 2 main designs

for fermentation tank. BBT
is similar with them.

Some time we customize

fermentation tank based
on client’s requirement.
So, you can put on parts
according to fermentation
tank drawing.

Part 3: Pilot Run

Before run brewery, please you test run for a while to confirm each part is assembled well. Here is
instruction.

1. In glycol water tank, please fill 30% food grade glycol and 70% water.

2. We usually set chiller temperature at around -4 to -5℃, please confirm.

3. Run each pump and motor, if rotate reversely, please exchange wire position of any 2 wires
in junction box OR control cabinet.

4. For PID control cabinet, we have video of setting temperature on temperature controller.
Please contact us if you need them.

5. There is a time relay in control cabinet. Set

it as 15M05M by pressing the button.

6. Yeast tank

Part 4: Current Maintenance

1. Check glycol content in glycol water tank, it should be 28%-30%.

2. Open side protecting plate of chiller to check if condenser is dirty. Clean it with some soft
things. Don't use hard or sharp tools.

3. As to boiler, drain all the water through drain port each week. And keep drain port open, turn
on boiler switch to fill water in boiler, wash boiler for one minute.

4. Boiler softener. Set it to wash softener each week.

5. Salt box, keep water is full and keep you can see salt in box, so that guarantee salt content is
enough.
