SOVOEKE Outsourcing Company is a human resource consulting company located in
Abeokuta, Ogun State. It has expertise in wide range of HR areas and is targeting the
emerging company market. It will offer this market the ability to compensate client’s
employees with stock option from their company. This will be especially appealing to
many start-up companies that find capital scarce. Major Adversity, the founder and owner
will be leveraging his past and current personal/professional relationships to generate
business for the company, major will be the sole employee until month six when he will
be hiring a human resource specialist/manager to help out with the consulting. It will
show profitability over the three years.

Based on the information received in the Newspaper on 26th July, 2022 that your
organization will be needing some employees to start your new outlet at Abeokuta, the
capital of Ogun State, so we tender our proposal as a human resource outsource company
to recruit capable hands for he needed position in your new establishment.

SUMMARY
The overview of the staffs needed include; 5, head of departments with M.Sc or B.Sc
qualifications, 10 sales representatives with B.SC or HND holders, 15 sales girls ND
Holders, 5 cleaners with Secondary School Certificate leavers, 5 security men with
Secondary School Certificate Leavers.
