Dear Sir / Madam,

RE: RESIGNATION FROM MY POSITION.

In reference to my notification to resign from the position of Pump Attendant

at Stabex International. I am writing to inform you that I will be resigning
from my current position of Pump Attendant. My last day of work was 22nd
January, 2024 as I had earlier requested leave.

I have decided to cut short my notice of a month due to my studies

arrangement, the school program doesn’t favour my work schedules hence
making it difficult to accomplish my work responsibilities. I would like to
seek to handover immediately and pay salary in lieu of notice.

I would like to thank you for having me as part of your team. I am proud to
have worked for Stabex International, and I appreciate the time and patience
you have shown in training me. I have learnt a lot from the people I have
worked with, and what I have, will serve me well in my career.

Please acknowledge this letter of resignation and know that I will do my best
to ensure a smooth transition. I have been fortunate to have been a part of
Stabex International, and I wish you every success in the future.
