Sir:
I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I am writing to formally resign as
the Technical Working Group (TWG) of the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Schools
Division of Himamaylan City, pursuant to COA Circular No. 2003-004 dated July 30, 2003.

I have had the privilege of serving as an Administrative Officer IV under the Cash section,
and my tenure as a BAC-TWG has been both enlightening and enriching. However, in
accordance with the circular, I have come to understand the critical importance of
maintaining a clear segregation between procurement and payment functions within
government institutions.

In line with this principle, I believe that it is in the best interest of the Schools Division of
Himamaylan City to ensure the strict separation of these functions, as outlined in COA
Circular No. 2003-004. Therefore, I have decided to resign from my role as a BAC-TWG
effective [date of your intended resignation], to uphold the principles of transparency,
accountability, and fairness in the procurement processes.

I want to express my gratitude for the opportunities and experiences I have gained during
my time as a BAC-TWG. It has been a privilege to contribute to the division's procurement
activities, and I am confident that the team will continue to excel in their endeavors.

Please consider this letter as my formal notice, and I am willing to assist in the transition to
ensure a seamless handover of responsibilities. I am looking forward to continuing my
duties as an Administrative Officer IV within the Cash section, where I will focus on my core
responsibilities.

I extend my heartfelt appreciation for the support and camaraderie I have enjoyed during
my tenure as a BAC-TWG, and I am hopeful that the division will continue to thrive in its
pursuit of excellence.

Thank you for your understanding and for considering my resignation. I remain committed
to serving the Schools Division of Himamaylan City to the best of my abilities in my current
role.
