Dear Ma’am,

I am writing to formally render my resignation from my position as Secretary of the Bids and
Awards Committee (BAC) at Malawag National High School, effective May 31, 2024.
After careful consideration, I have come to the decision to resign from my role as Secretary. This
decision was not made lightly, and I have thoroughly evaluated my current circumstances, health
and future career goals.
I have truly appreciated the opportunity to serve as Secretary and be a part of the team. During
my tenure, I have learned and grown both personally and professionally, and I am grateful for the
support and camaraderie of my colleagues.
I will do my utmost to ensure a smooth transition during this period. I am committed to
completing any pending tasks and providing necessary assistance to my successor to ensure the
continuity of operations.
I want to express my gratitude to the entire BAC, Finance and Admin for their guidance and
collaboration throughout my time as a BAC Secretary. I have valued our interactions and the
insights I have gained from working alongside such talented individuals.
Please accept this letter as formal notification of my resignation. I am thankful for the
opportunities I have had as BAC Secretary, and I wish the organization continued success in all
its future endeavors.
