It is with pleasure that I write to you to share my recommendation of Savannah Medley.

Over the course of the past 2 years I have worked with her both as a colleague within
ALCDSB and as her direct Supervisor with BGC Southeast in our After-School
Program. Throughout this time I've come to know Savannah as an adaptable,
kind-hearted, and reliable child care worker.

Savannah has demonstrated that she strives to be a consistent employee who is

dedicated to providing a safe space for the members of our programs. She does so
through establishing meaningful, respectful and supportive relationships with the
children and youth we serve. She is an ally for diversity and inclusion which is noted
through her calm approach and application of her problem solving skills. Additionally, in
light of changes to needs and goals within our programs, Savannah has been willing to
learn new skills to grow and alter her role to best accommodate her clients and support
her colleagues.

In summary, I believe that Savannah would make a wonderful addition to any child care
