2019. She interviewed for a staff position and was immediately hired as a supervisor due to her
professionalism. She has been a tremendous asset to our department and I feel wholeheartedly that she is a
model student at Kutztown University.

Kay manages to maintain excellent grades, which her honors clearly reflect, while working several jobs and
being involved in several campus activities. She is very dependable and takes her responsibilities seriously and
has gained the respect of both management and her peers. I personally trained Kay and have worked closely
with her over the past two years and can attest to her dedication, impeccable work ethic as well as her pleasant,
welcoming demeanor.
