PROCEDURE
OBJECTIVE
The objective set up the bottle mineral water in the hotel is to enhance and support the program of Planet
21 that an environmentally friendly strategy that ends dependence on single-use plastic implemented to be
set up in GUEST ROOM, PREMIER LOUNGE & CREW LOUNGE.

1.2 PREMIER LOUNGE
1.2.1 Mineral water will be set up 5 bottles on the fridges
(opening hours and will be added based on needed)

2. STORAGE – MINERAL WATER
The storage of bottles mineral water should be clean and tidy with FIFO (first in first out) method
and to avoid risk of breakage the storage should have proper shelving. And Any breakage of the
bottles are mandatory recorded on daily basis in order to report to Store Keeper.
HOUSEKEEPING
1. Dedicated Storage for mineral water on 10th floor
2. Storage cleanliness should be maintain on daily basis
3. The mineral water should be recoded on bin card and follows methods of FIFO (first in
first out) to avoid spoiled.
4. Room attendant are mandatory to check the cleanliness of the bottles prior set up in room
How to storage :
FILLED BOTTLES
- Prior enter to the storage Room Attendant ensure that the bottles clean
- Room attendant must place the mineral water with FIFO method
- Room attendant are mandatory to record on daily basis for each usage room readiness

EMPTY BOTTLES
- Room attendant are mandatory to collect the empty bottles and to be put on storage
room
- Supervisor ensure that on daily basis the bin card has filled by the room attendant
- Store Requisition (Mon, Wed & Fri) room attendant exchange the empty bottle
BREAKAGE BOTTLES
- Room attendant are mandatory to collect the breakage bottles and record on daily
basis

- Room attendant reported to Supervisor towards the breakage bottle and input on daily
report
- Store Requisition (Mon, Wed & Fri) room attendant exchange the empty bottle
FRONT OFFICE
1. Dedicated Storage for mineral water on each pantry Crew Lounge & Premier Lounge
2. Storage cleanliness should be maintain on daily basis
