• Expenses incurred due to unforeseen circumstances like landslides, roadblocks,
bad weather etc... Are not included in the package.

Note:
• Hotel check in early morning based on availability, otherwise refreshment
rooms will be provided.
• Company management has full responsibility to modify or modify the plan in
case of unforeseen circumstances like landslides, road blocks, bad weather
etc. In this case if they exceed the specified amount during the itinerary, the
appropriate reason for charging the same will be explained.

Payment methods:
• The guest has to pay 50% of payment to confirming the booking.
• Payment can be made in advance by bank transfer to our bank or in person.
• For all contracted services, a specified advance payment is required to book
a reservation on a confirmed basis and then the full amount must be paid
before the commencement of the services.
• Administrative staff reserves the right to decide the amount of advance
payment based on the nature of the service and the time remaining for the
commencement of the service.

Cancellation policy & percentage:

• In case of cancellation of tour due to any unavoidable / unavoidable reasons,
the same should be informed to us in send Mail writing.
• Cancellation charges will take effect from the date we advise you in writing.
Further cancellation charges will be calculated based on the following
