 Shows comparative graphs and tables
 The table shows that the general point average of grade 3 learners in Math is 86.20,and
science subject is 85.90 and the English subject is 85.00. so, there is a decreasing of
percentage which in 0.3% and 0.9% while in grade 6 learners in Math is 86.00,science
subject which is 87.00 and English subject is 88.oo, there is an increasing percentage
which is 1%.
ANALYSIS
A.

1. Giving award to recognized outstanding pupils every grading period

2.Conduct Home visitation for low- performing pupils

3.Parents should strictly follow the time on Weekly Home Learning Plan given by the teacher.

4. Conduct Home visitation to administer Brigada Pagbasa.

B. 1. Most parents are busy on their farm.

2. Some of parents have a difficulty to assist their children in answering/doing their learning task

3. Poor internet connectivity

4. Some children use their study time in playing gadget.

PROPOSED ACTIONS
1. Parent should give enough time to facilitate their children learning.
2. Seek educated person or relatives to assist their children.
3. Modules should be given ahead of time and the ratio must be 1:1.
4. Providing more reading materials to learners specially to those who are slow reader.

2. There should be allotted budget from the SDO for the
implementation of limited face- to- face learning.
