The dropout rate of the school has decreased. In SY 2020-2021


there are 2 dropouts from Grade 4 and 5. The main cause of
dropouts is distance to school. As seen, in SY 2021 there is 1
dropout from Kinder due to Family Problem.

Based on the data above ESP got the highest mean percentage score in quarterly test with
68. 7, next subject with highest MPS is FILIPINO with MPS of 57.31 while Mathematics and
Science got the lowest mean percentage score of 46,16 and 49.7 and are not mastered
subjects.

Based on the given data, Mean Percentage Score in all subject areas are increasing in comparison
to First and Second Quarterly Test. Most of the subjects are Nearly Mastered.

ESP got the MPS of 75.72% which indicates highest MPS and Mastered Subject followed by
MAPEH with MPS of 62.88% and third is Filipino with 62.71%.

While Mathematics has an MPS of 54.26% which indicates that these subjects got lowest mean.
