SPARTANIC STREAK
PRIMARY beneficiaries
The primary beneficiaries of this project are the twenty five (25)
selected Grade 4 pupils from Alangilan Central Elementary School
who have shown difficulties in their literacy and numeracy skills.
SECONDARY beneficiaries
The proponents could benefit from this project proposal in
gaining enough knowledge regarding the approaches they could
take in handling the kids who are challenged in their literacy and
numeracy skills. Moreover, this project helps parents better grasp
their child's intellectual needs, enabling them to determine which
needs require their attention.
RATIONALE
Addressing existing gaps in literacy and numeracy levels
helps create a more equitable society by ensuring equal
opportunities for all. By equipping individuals with the ability to
SPARTANIC STREAK
make informed decisions, actively engage within their
communities, and live fulfilling lives, strong literacy and
numeracy skills empower both individuals and society as a
whole. Aligning perfectly with the NSTP-LTS program's
objectives, this project promotes literacy and numeracy, fosters
community development, and contributes to the nation-building
efforts of the Philippines.
RATIONALE
Moreover, the project would also allow them to enhance
their basic abilities and have additional understanding about
SPARTANIC STREAK
many natural catastrophes through Disaster Risk Reduction and
Management (DRRM) activities. Students participating in the
National Service Training Program (NSTP), particularly those in
the Literacy Training Service (LTS), will also have the chance to
develop, acquire skills and information, and boost their self-
esteem.
objectives

disasters.
Specific Objectives:
SPARTANIC STREAK
Once everything is in place, the project's supporters will
work according to the timeline. In order to determine the most
effective teaching method for the beneficiaries, the proponents
will also keep an eye on and evaluate their condition.
Plans to Ensure the
Sustainability of the Project
SPARTANIC STREAK
The project activities will be carefully monitored to ensure
long-term sustainability. This project aims to enhance learners'
reading, writing, vocabulary, and spelling skills and will
incorporate numeracy activities to improve mathematical
thinking and reasoning. It will also prioritize student safety and
health by providing DRRM support, including first aid and
activities addressing fire and other hazardous events.
