A DETAILED LESSON PLAN IN PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT GRADE 12

CONTENT STANDARD: The concepts of Mental Health and Well-being in middle and late
adolescence.
PERFORMANCE STANDARD: Identify his/her own vulnerabilities and make a plan on how to
stay mentally healthy.
LEARNING COMPETENCY: Identify his/her own vulnerabilities.

I-OBJECTIVES

At the end of the lesson, students should be able to:

1. Explain the concepts of mental health and well-being.


2. Identify his/her own vulnerabilities and how it affects mental health.
3. Make a plan of some activities that promotes mental health and well-being.

What is mental health means to you? Rate your


mental health from a scale of 1-10, 1 being the
lowest and 10 being the highest. what
adjustment do you need to be mentally fit?

H. ASSIGNMENT

Interview members of the family and what are


their ways on how to be mentally healthy. write
your answer through making your own graphic
organizer.
