The pictures demonstrate changes that take place in an industrial site.

Overall, the
area undergoes a number of dramatic changes, the most important of which are the
disappearance of entrance and reception and the development of houses and
apartment catering for the increase in the population.

In the north-west, parking area is replaced to the south of the site while the storage
is knocked down to make way for the appearance of 3 bedroom house and 4
bedroom house respectively. In the center of the industrial site, the yard is
converted into the private road, which is accompanied by the transformation of
offices and canteen into parking garages in the southern section.

In the north-east of the industrial site, there used to be a factory adjacent to Pie
Walk street but this area is then expanded and redeveloped into parking area and
apartment. Also, the northern section sees a number of modifications, with the
demolition of the entrance of reception so that 2-storey houses and communal
gardens can be constructed.
