6. Schedule 1 - Pricing
1.1. Pricing Schedule
Indicate the costs associated with the delivery of the scope of works. Each activity or task identified must
be costed separately and itemised for each: labour; materials and equipment.
Pricing schedules against each nominated team member must also be indicated to demonstrate their
relative contribution to the delivery of the project.
Refer attachment 1 – Master Cleaning List – Schedule A is included as a separate attachment and is
to be completed and included with tender response.

 Rates to be exclusive of GST.
 Each of the work items will be undertaken with, and under, the Contract Representative’s
ongoing direction and involvement.

7. Schedule 2 - Project Management / Delivery
