Week 5 – Reflection

Employee financial wellness is one compensation and benefits trend that I believe would influence my decision to stay or
leave my employer. It is a holistic approach to helping employees improve their financial well-being, such as providing
access to financial planning services, debt management assistance, and retirement planning services.

Employee financial wellness is important to me because I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to achieve
financial security. When employees have access to financial wellness resources, it helps them to reduce their stress
levels and improve their overall well-being.

The best package to make employees really like a job would include a good salary and bonuses based on how well they
do their job. It should also have good healthcare benefits, enough time off work for holidays and breaks, and chances to
learn and grow in the job. Also, if they let us work in a way that suits us, like from home sometimes, that would be great
and make the job even better.

In addition to these elements, employers should also create a positive work environment where employees feel valued
and respected, and offer opportunities for professional development and growth.

By offering a competitive and comprehensive compensation and benefits package, employers can attract and retain top
talent.
