EMPLOYEMENT HISTORY
1. Prepare schedule for import department by checking using Port net. Will update the status of the
container where pending, schedule or un-stuffing.
2. Using Sea Freight system to key in the data for unstuffing
3. Will check operation department for update container schedule for last day storage.
4. Prepare the tally sheet by using manifest given by import coordinates for the operation department to
tally the cargo.
5. Count Tues for labor charges for accounting department pay the charges.
6. Prepared invoices and billing for import and export department for payment.
7. Prepared invoices for direct customer for their payment.
8. Convert the tally sheet data import to the system (workspace) for sending to direct customer and import
coordinator.
9. Provide administrative and clerical to HOD.
10. Answering phone call and transfer to the request individual department.
11. Provide the status of container and advice the price for storage
12. Upload the picture into the system for review by direct customer and import coordinator.
13. Other adhoc admin duties as assigned such as receiving cheque, clear payment of cargo and etc.
14. Will reply all the customer and enquires emails and will arrange for unstuffing cargo with the
cooperation transporter department.
15 Will receive the B/L and A/N from customer and arrange for unstuffing cargo and send trucking order
with A/N to logistic department.
1. Attending to Singapore customer’s telephone enquiries over a full range of consumer financial
product and services
2. Handle call professionally and uncover customer need
3. Understand customer enquiries regards customer account and transaction with promotion of bank
4. Promote teamwork and collaboration within the department.
5. Be trained in full banking product and system to attending the customer
