Introduction
A very Good morning to all the interviewers. I would like to first thank the respected
panel, who have taken the time to watch my video interview. I am Zarin Safiah Binti
Sulaiman. I live in Bandar Puteri Puchong Selangor and am 25 years old. I am applying
for the post of Adminstration Officer which holds the grade of N41.
Qualification
I completed my SPM examination in SMK Tinggi Kajang and also graduated in Islamic
Finance & Banking with Honours in University Utara Malaysia. My MUET yielded a result

Experience
Exposure towards the working world I feel defines the skill of the employee. My
experiences include being Administration Assistant which is a Non-Executive position in
Klinik Zohar & Surgeri. Where my main goal is to control Administration & Credit Control.
Skills / Strengths Growing up in a very outspoken family, I feel my skills lie in oration, my stronger
language will be my mother tongue of Malay where I would rate myself as a perfect 10 in
all aspects like, speaking, writing, listening and reading. English is close behind at
around 8 out of 10 in all aspects. I feel I developed good communication skills gained
through my 3-years’ working experience; especially as Operation Executive Assistant in
YaPEIM. I also was blessed to pick up excellent PR skills acquired from my experience
dealing with clients. Experience is leading groups is nothing new for me. For I had the
chance to pick up leadership and management skills from being the treasurer of SMK
Tinggi Segamat’s economy society in 2015. Since joining YaPEIM a lot more executive
work has been entrusted to me. And it allowed me to form a good command of quality
control processes especially now that I am currently responsible for quality audit.
Closing
I personally feel that I do have capability to work under your company and it would be a
