Overall notes:

- Don’t like the full stop after card subtypes. Just looks a bit odd and unnecessary
- Wakizashi spelt incorrectly everywhere except Yojimbo card, Wakizashi slice and
Off-Hand Cut
- Kamae symbols after ‘Switch to X’ effects seem rather tiny

Sheet 1:
- Bleeding Wound probably doesn’t need ‘...before you draw’ now that the timing chart
is established.
- Dragon Reflection needs a bit more space around the Samurai symbol. Looks rather
cramped.
- Arrows on Student’s Kamae tree are just slightly off centre.
- Green Kamae symbol on Lightning Tail needs to be a smidge to the left.
- Obedience could use a / between the two kamae symbols. In B&W (and therefore to
colourblind people) it looks like you somehow need to be in both Kamaes.
- ‘If successful’ and ‘gain 1 focus’ on mountain switch need bringing together slightly
- ‘Draw 1 Hobble, Gain 1 Focus’ needs an &, a comma or a + symbol to show they’re
part of the same line. Right now it looks like ‘Draw up to 2 cards or gain a Hobble.
Gain 1 Focus or change Kamae up to 1 branch’
- ‘If successful’ and ‘discard 2 focus’ on scything feint need bringing together slightly

Sheet 2:
- Benevolence should read: ‘Search their deck and draw…’ for consistency with other
cards.
- ‘...before cards are chosen’ on Bushido cards seems a little superfluous with the new
timing chart
- Hobbling Blow missing the ‘or’ between the non-Kamae and the Red Kamae options
- Rolling Slash missing ‘then’ between mando move and non-mando move.

Sheet 3:
- Mist of Confusion missing full stop after ‘...at random’.

Sheet 4:
- The Five Rings missing colon after ‘...the following words’

Sheet 5:
- ‘Discard 2 cards Search + Draw 1 Monk Gold’ needs an &, a comma or a + symbol to
show they’re part of the same line. Right now it looks like ‘Draw up to 2 cards or
discard 2 cards. Search + Draw 1 Monk Gold or change Kamae up to 1 branch’
- ‘X’ on Enlightened Mind could be confusing. Could change to ‘-’ like the Bushido
cards.
- Sailor Core Card - ‘Discard 2 cards Switch to [Blue]’ needs an &, a comma or a +
symbol to show they’re part of the same line. Right now it looks like ‘Draw up to 2
cards or discard 2 cards. Switch to [Blue] or change Kamae up to 1 branch’
- Onny-B Core Card - ‘Draw 1 ! Switch to any Kamae’ needs an &, a comma or a +
symbol to show they’re part of the same line. Right now it looks like ‘Draw up to 2
cards or draw 1 !. Switch to any Kamae or change Kamae up to 1 branch’
- Why is Onny-B called Onna-Musha on her core card?
Sheet 6:
- ‘Contract Killer’ should read ‘At the start of the turn you may discard a completed
contract…’ for consistency with timing chart
- Contracts all need colons after their conditions before ‘Complete this contract’.
- Hired Killer - should read ‘...after you complete a contract’, I think?
- Wakou's Drunk card should read 'At the start of the turn you may spend...' for
consistency with timing chart.
- Wakou Core Card - Discard 1 [Stun] Draw 1 Hobble’ needs an &, a comma or a +
symbol to show they’re part of the same line. Right now it looks like ‘Draw up to 2
cards or discard 1 [Stun]. Draw 1 Hobble or change Kamae up to 1 branch’
- Mule kick’s formatting looks like it could be ‘move backwards, hit rear left OR no
move and hit rear right’. Might be hard to format but needs to be clear that it’s only
the attack patterns that are ‘Or’
- I think ‘Off Hand’ needs a hyphen in-between.
