List of candidates shortlisted for interview for the position of Management Executive
on contract basis in BIS for SCMD, IR&TISD & NITS

1. The following is the list of candidates who have qualified to be called for interview to be held
on Friday, 19th January 2024 at Bureau of Indian Standards, Manak Bhavan, 9, B.S. Zafar
Marg, New Delhi-110002.

2. All the candidates listed below are requested to report by 09:00 AM sharp on the date
mentioned above.

3. The list herein is PROVISIONAL. The candidates would be interviewed subject to their
fulfilling of all the eligibility conditions prescribed in the advertisement and after thorough
verification of their identity with reference to their photograph etc.

4. A separate call letter will be sent to all the candidates listed below at the registered e-mail
address only given by the candidate.

5. The candidates must bring the following:

a) Original certificates relating to their date of Birth.

b) Original certificates relating to their Educational Qualifications including

i) 10th/12th Certificate & Marksheet

ii) Degree Marksheet & Certificate,
iii) Postgraduate Degree Marksheet & Certificate.
iv) Any other qualification Marksheet & Certificate (if any).

c) Original Experience Certificate from all previous & current Employers (if any).

d) Two copies of recent Passport size Photograph.

e) Identity Proof: Aadhaar card/ Pan Card

f) One set of self-attested photocopy of the documents mentioned above (a to e).

6. The interviews have been arranged via physical mode i.e. in-person only.

7. No reimbursement in respect of journey and for hotel charges shall be made by the Bureau.
