This is to confirm that Mr. David Pera Jr. is currently enrolled at this University as a full-time
candidate in the Electrical and Communication Engineering Department. He is in his second year of
studies for the Bachelor of Electrical and Communication Engineering honours degree.

Jr David Pera is a very discipline individual who is know for how he conducts himself and he’s very
presentable all the time. He has consistently exhibited leadership qualities in the department, he is
also very competent. He has a strong passion for learning, and an unwavering committed to the field
of engineering. His academic endeavors have been marked by a mature and responsible approach,
making him a dependable individual both in classroom and extracurricular activities. He possesses
excellent interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration and teamwork.

I am so confident to state that I am not aware of any factors that might hinder his performance or
contributions to your organization. Additionally, Mr. Pera’s moral values are recommendable, and he
consistently maintain high standard of ethics. He is a purpose-driven individual who display
unwavering determination in all his pursuits.
