Plan of Action For Hbku Meeting Room Installation
3-Prepare the delivery note for the items that need to be delivered.
4-Inform the HBKU team regarding the material delivery and request for gate pass for the delivery
5-Schedule the installation date and inform the HBKU team for the gate pass with all manpower details.
1-Document all the existing devices that need to be returned to the HBKU after replacement.
1-Take photos of the existing connections before removing or replacing the devices.
2-Remove the existing display and pull the cables required for the display before installing the new display.

2-There are 4 existing cable cubbies, from 1st ,2nd & 3rd cubbies connect HDMI cables to input HDMI ports -1,2 & 3 of
Crestron DMPS3-4K-350-C
3-Connect HDMI cable from the last cable cubby(4th) to Crestron HDMI Transmitter(DM-TX-4KZ-100-C-1G-B-T).
4-Connect CAT6 cable from Crestron HDMI Transmitter-DM-TX-4KZ-100-C-1G-B-T to DM input port of Crestron
DMPS3-4K-350-C
5- Connect the HDMI cable from Crestron DMPS3-4K-350-C HDMI output to display HDMI input.
6- Connect HDMI cables from Crestron Airmedia receiver AM-3100-WS-I to input HDMI port(4) of Crestron DMPS3-
4K-350-C.
7-Crestron USB extender(USB-EXT-2 KIT) – Local device needs to be installed inside the rack or near the screen. The
device required power.
8- Connect USB port B from the USB extender local device to display USB port A.
9- Connect USB extender local device to USB extender remote device using CAT6 cable.
10-Connect the remote device to any of the cable cubbies, where we need to keep the tabletop screen.
12-Connect Aruba JL807A to Crestron DMPS3-4K-350-C LAN/Content LAN port using CAT6 cable.
13-Connect the table top touch screen Crestron TS-770-B-S to the Arupa switch.
