A. Scope of Work
1. Retractable Screen & PC Input
a. Supply and installation of Retractable screen (15 nos.) in the furniture along with
microphones (gooseneck type), USB port & other supporting accessories.
b. Supply and installation of Priority button for the chairman to be considered.
c. Supply and installation of 6U Rack (2nios.) to be installed below the furniture and it
should consist of the following,
i. DVI Splitter (connecting retractable screens)
ii. Receiver
iii. Switcher (connecting PC input)
iv. DDI
v. Power Distribution unit universal type & Cable management bar.
d. Supply and installation of PC input on either end of the furniture.
e. Supply and installation of all related accessories (eg: Cables, plastic trunks to route the
cable under furniture and another accessories)
f. Preferred Brands:
i. Retractable Screen: AH15DX2HDGATalk or equivalent
ii. Priority Button: Bosch model – PRIOB or equivalent
iii. PC Input: Extron Cable Cubby 200 – 70-1045-02 or equivalent
iv. Other Mentioned accessories supporting the proposed screen.
2. Audio Visual
a. Supply and installation of 98” LED screen wall mounted (Brand: Philips or Equivalent).
b. Existing audio system shall be used and shall be interfaced with the proposed system.
c. Supply and installation of 42U Rack, in which all equipment’s / components related AV,
Video conference, camera, central control unit and all related accessories / equipment’s.
3. Video Conference
a. Supply and installation of complete video conference system which includes
equipment’s, accessories and licenses.
4. Lighting and Shade control (home Automation),
a. Supply and installation of home automation system to control lights and shades at the
conference room. (to be checked at the location for exact scope and for required
material).
5. Notes:
a. All the equipment’s are subject to approval from client.
b. Vendor / Supplier to provide complete technical drawing which includes the following,
i. System Schematic Diagram
ii. Installation details
iii. Rack arrangement detail
iv. Shop drawing
c. Below is the list of documents attached along with RFQ,
i. Material BOQ with Model number
ii. Technical Schematic Layout (concept only)
iii. Conference room Layout
