When the ship doesn't approach or keep the set course smoothly (when 1 or 2 degrees course deviation
from the set course is kept for 20 minutes or more), set Dip switch(S1-2) to "ON" at chance of the ADNCT2
re-adjustment.
The integral rudder control gain is doubled when S1-2 set to "ON".
