Self-Reflection
1. I was the photographer of the group. My task was to give ideas for the script and report. My job
was also to learn the script for the video shoot and help my team members in the report.

2. I got to learn about the local food of Reunion Island, how it is made or about the culture of their
food. I also developed some competency skills like communication, teamwork and critical thinking.
This project made me aware about culture and cuisines of Reunion Island.

3. The video shoot and the conference with the partner school went well and were the best part of
the project. We prepared the various dishes of Reunion Island for our shoot so that it looked more
authentic.

4. We interacted with our partner school through Zoom and WhatsApp for some knowledge about
their food and culture. From the conversation, I got to know about their local food like they adapted
over cuisines of 3 continent. I also got to know about the ingredients they use in their food
