Self-Reflection
1. I was the interviewer of the group. My task was to find more about the cuisine of the
Reunion Island. I learned about many interesting and unique dishes, ingredients and food
history of the Reunion Island.
2. From this incredible experience I came to know about many delicious and flavorful dishes
that are made in the Reunion Island. Also, as an interviewer I developed my competency in
communication. This project has made me more confident and I can express myself more
clearly.
3. The recording of the video went on smoothly. Also, all the preparation that was to be done
was done responsibly and equally by all the teammates, all of our counterparts were also
immensely helpful by answering our questions. I would also have liked answering the
questions prepared by the partner school.
4. I contacted with our partner school using communication mediums like Zoom, and
WhatsApp. The cuisine of reunion is adapted from 3 continents. It has different elements
from all over the world.
