Object: Signalisation of some changes in the distribution chain

Dear Director,

I’m writing to you today in the case of the situation mentioned in the object.
As mentioned in the description above, I’m a volunteer in the association “Les resto du coeur
Lyon”, where I’ve been working for two years now. My department is the distribution chain of
the different products, from the center to the beneficiary.
We use to set up various batches of many products, to allow our clients to benefit from our
varieties as well as possible. In this case, the products are putten in some packages that are
manually closed with heating thongs.
I’m in charge of the manual closure of these packages. Unfortunately, I’ve recently
developed a serious tendonitis that enabled me to continue doing this work. Then, I’ll
continue to work as a volunteer in the center, but in a department where my hand will be less
solicited.
However, because I am the only person in the center who knows how to do this job, I’ve
already found a replacement through the other volunteers, with whom I’ve already started a
short formation. So, Alex will be operational in 2 days.
