In 6 to 8 pages, make an insight paper to express your own feelings and ideas about the PCU

Post Doctoral Students Webinar in Project Management and Global Finance using the template
below.

1. Abstract/Introduction/Executive Summary – This provides the purpose of the paper as

well as the hook for why someone should read the paper. This should be a high-level
summary of everything in the white paper, including the solution.

2. The Challenge/Business Problem - This should be a few paragraphs about the problem
you're attempting to solve. This is not the time to pitch your product or service. Simply
restate the problem or opportunity "from the target audience's perspective." This section
ensures that everyone has the same picture of the problem.

3. High-level Explanation/Solution - This is an overview of the problem's solution. This is

not the time to sell your product. Without referring to specific product features, this
should provide a general understanding of how the problem can be solved. This should
include any and all pertinent solutions, even if they come from competing.

products/services. This section should include any necessary charts, tables, or graphs.
4. Your Product’s Solution/Benefits - This is where you get into the specifics of your product
or service, demonstrating why it is the best option for solving the problem and meeting
the solution you discussed earlier. This will constitute the majority of your paper. You
must clearly outline the business case for your solution, including ROI, value, usability,
and how it is the best solution to the problem overall. This is where you "sell" your
product/service, but you must do so in a more informational and less flashy sales pitch,
and you must still not go into all of its features. Simply demonstrate how it best meets
the solution to the specific problem you defined.

5. Summary/Call-to-Action – This is a summary of your entire paper, summarizing your

solution, why it is the best solution, the advantages of using it, and the disadvantages of
not using it. Keep in mind that the introduction and summary may be all that some
people read, so it must be convincing on its own. Include in this section (or break it up
into a separate section) what you want your readers to do with the information you've
given them, as well as how to do it.
