Reflection 1
What are the goals of learning partnership? In your capacity as
an instructional leader or learning leader, how do you envision your potential
contribution to achieving these goals?

A learning partnership refers to a collaborative relationship between individuals or

entities with the shared goal of acquiring knowledge, skills, and understanding. Learning
partnerships offer various advantages that contribute to individual and collective growth. As an
instructional or learning leader, I visualize in contributing to the goals of a learning
partnership by creating a collaborative, continuously and innovative learning, where all
members of the learning community possessed an effective communication, mutual respect, and
a shared commitment to learning to achieve success of learning partnerships.

REFLECTION 2

As an Instructional Leader who intends to form a learning partnership/mentoring, What

three most important considerations you would prioritize in the creation of the program
and selection of LFs? Why?

As an instructional leader, prioritizing key aspects can contribute to the success and effectiveness
of the program. Here are three important considerations to prioritize.
First, Setting clear objectives/goal because it is crucial for any learning partnership or mentoring
program. This will provide direction, purpose, and a framework for both the mentor and the
mentee. It will help understand what is expected and how to achieve the set goal.

Second, Compatibility between Mentor and Mentee . Effective matching of mentor and mentees
will lead to achieving their goal and ensures that the mentor's expertise aligns with the mentee's
needs and goals, creating a conducive learning environment.

Third, Learning Facilitators Expertise -a learning Facilitators must be equipped and well
trained. It should possessed an excellent interpersonal communication, problem solving,
organization, leadership, empathy,etc.. These skills allow for better teamwork, creative problem
solving, and fostering a healthy workplace environment.

As an instructional leader/manager, what is the importance of your support to a successful
learning partnership/mentoring program?

As an instructional leader/manager, It is important to encourage and enable another person's

professional or personal development. I can help by focusing to achieve our goal. Sharing my
ideas and giving my best time to support the group. Collaborative work towards one’s goal is
also a key to success.
