Reflection 1
What are the goals of learning partnership? In your capacity as
an instructional leader or learning leader, how do you envision your potential
contribution to achieving these goals?
REFLECTION 2
As an instructional leader, prioritizing key aspects can contribute to the success and effectiveness
of the program. Here are three important considerations to prioritize.
First, Setting clear objectives/goal because it is crucial for any learning partnership or mentoring
program. This will provide direction, purpose, and a framework for both the mentor and the
mentee. It will help understand what is expected and how to achieve the set goal.
Second, Compatibility between Mentor and Mentee . Effective matching of mentor and mentees
will lead to achieving their goal and ensures that the mentor's expertise aligns with the mentee's
needs and goals, creating a conducive learning environment.
Third, Learning Facilitators Expertise -a learning Facilitators must be equipped and well
trained. It should possessed an excellent interpersonal communication, problem solving,
organization, leadership, empathy,etc.. These skills allow for better teamwork, creative problem
solving, and fostering a healthy workplace environment.
