This project work is specially dedicated to the Almighty God of the universe, for his projection

and guidance over my life throughout the period of my studies. And to my late mother, and my

father, Mr Christopher Ugwuozor, to my siblings, my supervisor and who gave me their

maximum support financially and otherwise. To my friends, especially Uko Elizabeth for her

support.

v
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

My sincere gratitude goes to the Almighty God, the Author and Giver of life, His mercies over

my life.

My profound gratitude goes to my HOD, Engr. Prof. Aondoyila Kuhe, of the Department of

Mechanical Engineering, for his unwavering support and encouragement throughout the work.

Without him and his priceless generosity and his understanding, it would have been so hard on

me completing this wonderful piece of work.

Also, to my supervisor, Engr. Dr Ikpilakya, for his support, guidance and words of

ABSTRACT
At present, delivery system should be fast and efficient in various fields like medical, foods,

package deliveries etc. Traditional method for delivery is slow and inefficient in last mile

delivery. So, introducing drones in last mile delivery makes faster and more efficient. This paper

represents Quadcopter as a low weight and low-cost autonomous flight capable of delivering

parcel. This quadcopter drone is capability of delivering parcel ordered and coming back to the

starting point. The promising result of this method enables future research on using quadcopter

for delivering parcel.
