C. SUBJECT DESCRIPTION
Christian Life formation 10 is a subject offered by a Catholic institution to invite the students to have a deeper understanding of Jesus’
discipleship, to help the youth and accompany them in their journey of following Jesus. The subject presents the challenge of Jesus
to translate the Christian faith into action. This will help the students to have a deeper understanding of the dignity of the human person,
as agents of morality. It also guides the students to a better understanding of the principles of Christian morality most especially
regarding freedom, conscience, moral norms, and making moral decisions, commandments, and the mystery of sin.
Furthermore, this subject is dedicated to help the students understand and precept of the Church and a discussion on forming
our Christian social conscience. It will deal with the necessity of starting with our experience and the need for a closer analysis of
contemporary moral issues and the social situation both of our country and of the world. This will also discuss the principles of the Catholic
Social Teachings which help guide and form Christian consciences in their critical reflection on the various social realities and on forming
concrete courses of action in response to the social realities most especially poverty and marginalization.

Submission of Assigned Activity: Components allow learners to show what they know and can do in diverse ways. They will assess and
design the database project as the output. This may also include skills demonstration, group or individual presentation, oral work,
multimedia presentations, and research projects. It is important to note that database project design and development documentation is
the output considered as performance tasks.
Quizzes and Major Examination: Measures students learning in the First, Second, Third, and Fourth period. This is in the form of
portfolio submission of Database Project Design and Development.
