normal. I will choose odd over being ordinary. I will choose odd over being average. They will tell you to
stop being weird, to stop doing things your own way, to choose what everyone else is choosing. They
will tell you to fit in. They will laugh at you within themselves but later when you're alone, they will ask
you how you do it. They will tell you how they admire your courage to take the lonely path even when
no one else is walking with you.By all means, be odd if odd means being excellent, good, smart,
purposeful, helpful, productive and accomplished.

What you wear isn’t what your worth: anything example Ana wear dress go to work it's worth it even his
co-workers they say that she wear dress isn't work. So Ana did not affect to his co-workers so that Ana
continue to wear even in his co-workers isn't worth to them but Ana did evertime she go to work she
wear what she comfortable and worth so anything that say people only get on her mind are I am worth
it to my wearing clothes she didn't be affected people who say to because it's my personality.

People don’t only work for money: for example Juan work at store for being bagger Juan not only for
money but also he motives him self . He work for because he want to be successful. So Juan work not
only for money but also he want be friendly to his co-workers around him. Then he enjoy his work even
it's not big salary he just continue to work to motivate his self that he can be successful because he says
that I can work not only for money but also on his family Ang for his life to be successful.

Fire unproductive people: for example Ben is a owner of a company, he was absorbing the company
that work all his workers . So he absorb his workers Ben got fire John because he is got sleep when he is
working and John everyday late and he did not do his job better because it's not have more talent to do
his work so Ben said that I don't hire a unproductive worker so John get fired . Ben also what's looking
for better for his business and company. So Ben not hiring rash in decision.
