Sales Leader Job Description

Sales Leader to lead our sales team in order to create & execute Sales and Marketing
Strategy to reach the target segments, with a focus approach on our Low current
systems business in the central region of the kingdom, mainly in Riyadh.

Responsibilities:

 Support the sales and marketing strategies for the central region to increase sales
and to enhance our position in the market.
 Maintain a high standard of customer service.
 Establishing new, and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
 Contact with clients through visits, Email & by phone to get new requests &
interacting with them on a regular basis to specify our systems for their projects.
 Creating awareness by meeting and presentation to consultants and end user
customers.
 Preparing prequalification to get client approval for us as vendor/supplier.
 Interacting with clients/consultants in order to get approvals on Technical
Submittals.
 Follow up the projects for clients from beginning to end & offer sales support
services.
 Co-ordination with pre sales teams to provide & explain customer/project
requirements, so that the pre-sales team can submit high quality proposal &
winning offers.
 Negotiating about the prices and close the deals with customers adhering to the
company commercial policy.
 Co-ordination & support Department Head in achieving regular sales targets.

Accountability:

Must report to the Department Head.
