This is to request from your good office to reconsider and make a necessary correction on the grade of
Mr. Marlon T. Zeta to the subject Fundamentals of Investigation and Intelligence, which he enrolled at
last SY 2021-2022, 1st Semester. There was initial confusion on his compliance with the final output
requirements. He eventually presented sufficient proof that he was able to comply with the said
requirements and also had supporting confirmation from his group co-members. The undersigned is
