Overall, I feel that my physical activity level is pretty good. I complete all 3 types of
intensity activities over any given day. I try to do different activities to keep me active.
3 days a week, I dance. I also have voice and piano lessons. I love to play outside
with my friends and my dog. Staying active is very important to me.
On days where I may sit a lot, I try to stand to do my school work. I can stand at the
desk in our office and not get tired. Using the muscles in my legs will help keep my
strength and ability. I could also add more moderate to high intensity exercise to those
days where I would not be as active as I would like. These activities could include
more time playing with my dog, riding my bike, or taking a fast paced walk in my
neighborhood.
