Activity - 1
● Responses to 3 Discussions/Activities that we did during the
workshop:

A) Task 1 - The Straw Activity

BRIEF:
As a part of the following activity, we were asked to take a straw and fold the
same, once from each corner for the corresponding stress we felt. The above
picture shows a peice of paper being folded twice around both the corners as
I didn't had a straw handy.
B) Task 2 - Physical Stress on our Body

BRIEF:
As the part of the second activity we were asked to mark the stress points or
the specific target locations of our body, where we felt an ache or some sort
of sensation during stressful moments. In my case, it's my abdominal region
which feels all the sensation during the times of stress. Alongside, my palms
usually tend to sweat with a little bit of sensation felt in the head.
C) Task 3 - THE STRESS WHEEL ACTIVITY
PART - 2
● Experiences of Mindfull Activities:

What the activities, which were performed in the class did was, they gave me
a clear insight on my personal stress points which I refrained to discover.
Knowing your weaknesses helps you to overcome from the same, and similar
was the case with me knowing my stressors to work on them in future gave a
sense of mental relief and calmness which totally diminished the urgency
factor which used to occur before.

Sharing my experiences as a part of the activities made me even more open

about myself giving me that feeling of boldness and a possible hint in
reducing or working on my stressors for a better tomorrow.
Activity - 2
● Task 1 - Draw the following

1. What makes me genuinely happy

As far as I know, my happiness is very closely connected to laughter. That's

why as a part of my laughter intake I generally tend to watch a sitcom to be
more precise. It seriously cuts me off from the actual world an as they say,
"all smiles everywhere".

● Task 2 - What did you do in the week to bring you out of the victim
space in the Drama Traingle?
Currently, the thing that is stressing me and keeping me on my nerves is my
CAT exam is scheduled in November which isn't far considering July's
almost over. So there's a constant stress of underperforming which is kind of
with me since the time I started preparing. In order to take down or as a part
of an activity which I think I perform weekly, to bring myself out of the
victim space is call my friends up for a meet, which is very generic but
personally I feel it to be a therapy. Talking to the ones you're most
comfortable and with someone who are very well aware of yourself. Chilling
and joking endlessly takes you to a picnic space for a few moments and sort
of Energizes you to prepare even more thoroughly.
● Task 3 - STATEMENT OF GRATITUDE

1. I was thankful for the people I have in my life, around me, my parents,
friends, family and a friendly pet. To be around them I feel very
grateful and infact, very lucky to have spent every moment now and
everyday.
2. Also, I am grateful for living a well balanced and complete life without
any complains, with a proper amount of everything included.

● Task 4 - PHOTO OF THE STRESSOR YOU AVOIDED DURING

THE COURSE OF THE WEEK
