COURSE DESCRIPTION
The course covers thorough analysis on elements of crimes under different titles and its
amendments and applicability in the administration of justice with emphasis on recent
principles of law, jurisprudence and special laws while recognizing the fundamental rights of
a person as provided in the Constitution, Revised Penal Code and other relevant statutes.

NOTES AND REMINDERS


1) The class shall elect a BEADLE assigned to be the point person of the class and shall
provide oversight in ensuring that all his/her classmates are compliant with class
requirements. He/she shall be the only person responsible to contact the instructor for
any related concerns. At the end of the semester, the Beadle shall receive special
additional points for his/her service.
2) Every student is required to submit a 3x5 index card on February 3, 2024 with a 1x1
size picture on the upper right side of the card. The class Beadle shall be responsible in
making sure that ALL students have complied with this requirement. Write the
following details:
• First line: FAMILY NAME, FIRST NAME, MIDDLE NAME.
• Second line: Year, Section, and Schedule
• Third line: Expected final grade
• Third line: Motto in life/life statement
3) Attendance in class is required. A student must inform the Beadle beforehand should
he/she be absent in one particular class meeting to be considered as “Excused.” Failure
to inform the Beadle prior his/her absence shall be automatically considered “Absent.”
4) The teaching methods shall consist of class discussions, graded recitations, quizzes,
case digests, and group activities.
5) Quizzes and/or recitations shall be conducted every meeting.
6) All forms of cheating or dishonesty shall be punishable.
7) The grades shall be computed as follows:
