Hey is this NAME?

If Gatekeeper:

Oh hey NAME its just Aniruddh, I was wondering if you could help me out for a moment?

Well I am not sure who I should be talking to. I am trying to reach the person who is
responsible for overseeing any possible hidden gaps in your advertising for new customers
that could be causing the firm to lose sales. Who should I be talking to about that?

Can you transfer me over to him to leave a voicemail, and he can call me back if he needs
help?

Prospect:

Oh hello NAME, I’m gonna be honest with you, this is actually a cold call, would you like to
hang up, or let me have thirty seconds?

No: I was wondering if you'd be opposed to hearing an alternative way to get new
customers?

Uncertain: Ah, okay so let me have thirty seconds, and if you don’t want to talk to me at the
end, we can end it there, sound fair?

Yes:

Well, I had conversations with number of business owners similar to you, they have the
honesty to recognize perhaps advertising is the bottleneck to growth and they are probably
frustrated to accurately target and reach the ideal audience interested in their products,
Others are worried that perhaps that’s not an issue but when they do they struggles to see a
positive return on ad spend, or that might not be the case it could be that, the people are
clicking on their ads but not taking any further action. I mean I get the feeling that you are
probably gonna tell me that none of that applies in your world.

Yes

Can I ask a quick question? Of those three things not reaching ideal audience, not getting
return on ad spend or perhaps people not taking action, If you could wave a wand and fix
one in your business which would it be?

Well if I told you I help fix these problems what would you say, would you say that's
something you would wanna explore further?

Okey, so let me ask you a question let's pretend I could help you with your ads And you
believed I could do that is there any reason you would not invite me in for half an hour,
forty-five minutes chat?

What date are you looking at?

No:

Do you run ads?

No:

What is the reason you are not running ads?

I completely understand, Lot of businesses nowadays are finding it harder to advertise with
the increasing cost of ads, so many competitors to compete with and all the changes in the
advertising market going on all the time.

Can I ask a quick question? Well if I told you what I do is I help business's lower their costs
of advertising by targeting higher quality leads so they can start keeping more of their profits
rather then keep losing it in advertising costs and generate more customers using ads what
would you say, would you say that's something you would wanna explore further?

Okey, so let me ask you a question let's pretend I could help you with your ads And you
believed I could do that is there any reason you would not invite me in for half an hour,
forty-five minutes chat?

What date are you looking at?

Can I get an email from you? And I can confirm with you as well.

(confirm date and time)

Okay, now can we just agree on a couple of things? So by the end of this meeting you don’t
feel comfortable with me or you don't think I’m someone you wanna move forward with
would you feel okay to telling me no?

And likewise, If I don’t feel I can help you, I’ll be honest as well and say, “NAME, I can’t help
you.” You wouldn’t be upset if I said I couldn’t help you despite the fact you are agreeing to
meet with me?

Oh, and one last thing, If we don’t say no to each other do you mind spending a few minutes
trying to figure out a clear next step on how we’d move forward? If we get that far.

Fine, I’ll send you an email confirming this to EMAIL and Oh, One last question, can you
think of any reason you might wanna cancel, You are not going to hang up and think, “Oh my
goodness what have I just done? I have just agreed to meet a salesman.”

I appreciate your time, have a great weekend, I’ll see you on DATE.

Thank you, bye-bye.
